London-based Foundational has raised £8.2m in a pre-seed round. It builds an automated satellite laser ranging network for precise satellite positioning. Investors include Inflection, BACKED, Final Frontier and others. The money will go on more ground stations, in-house retroreflector manufacturing and its data platform.
