What exactly do I get in the full report?
A ranked report of up to 100 investors whose stage, sector, cheque size, geography and recent activity fit your raise. Each one has a Fit Score out of 100, a written rationale, the most relevant decision-maker and their LinkedIn profile, plus a CSV export.
What if fewer than 100 investors fit?
We only include investors we'd stand behind, so some reports are shorter. You'll see the exact number before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the investors in your report aren't relevant to your company, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
Do you sell investors' email addresses or phone numbers?
No. We show each investor's preferred way in: their pitch form, website, LinkedIn, or an email address they've chosen to share with founders. Investors who join InvestorUniverse can accept intro requests directly.
How should I contact investors?
One at a time, personally, and only investors who fit. Bulk unsolicited emailing breaches our terms and annoys the people you want to back you.
How is the Fit Score calculated?
Seven weighted factors: stage, sector, cheque size, geography, recent activity, relevant portfolio and contactability, plus data freshness. Our methodology page explains each one.
What's the difference between Fit Score and confidence?
Fit Score measures how well an investor matches your raise. Confidence measures how complete and recently verified our data on them is. We show both so you can judge each match.
I'm an investor. How do I update or remove my profile?
Create a free investor account to control your mandate and profile, or use our data request form to correct or remove your details. Removal is immediate.
Does the Raise pass renew automatically?
No. It gives you 90 days of access and then simply ends.
