Who we are

InvestorUniverse (investoruniverse.uk) is operated by IFTI AI Ltd, the controller of personal data described here. Contact: privacy@investoruniverse.uk.

Investor professional data

We process business contact details of people working at investment firms (name, role, firm, professional email, professional phone, LinkedIn URL, investment focus) so founders can identify relevant investors. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. Every record stores its source, collection date and last verification date. You can object, ask for correction or removal at any time at /data-request; removal suppresses your details permanently, even if they reappear in another source.

Customers and founders

We process your email, purchases, company information and anything you submit (including pitch decks, which are never published) to deliver the service, under contract. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card details.

Marketing

We only send marketing email where the law allows and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary ones are always on: iu_session keeps you signed in, iu_consent remembers your cookie choice, iu_partner remembers a partner link you used so we can apply the free report you were offered, and iu_buy links your browser to an order for a week so you can add to it in one click. Two are optional and only set if you accept them: iu_anon, a random ID we use to test which version of a page works better, and iu_ref, which credits the person who referred you. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Retention and your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). We keep order records for 6 years for accounting; other data only as long as needed.
