Clas-SiC Wafer Fab wins £1.9m Innovate UK grant
Clas-SiC Wafer Fab has been awarded £1.9m in grant funding from Scottish Enterprise. It builds silicon carbide power semiconductors for electric vehicles and renewables. The money will go on upgrading equipment and training production staff and apprentices.
