Resolutiion raises £7.8m led by Cherry Ventures
London-based Resolutiion has raised £7.8m in a Series A round, led by Cherry Ventures and Octopus Ventures. It builds AI that spots early signs of commercial contract disputes after signing. LocalGlobe and Auxxo also invested. The money will go on expansion into defence and energy, and new post-signature dispute features.
