Without a key you get rounds from the last 90 days, up to 50 at a time, 30 requests a minute. Newsrooms, funds and researchers can ask for a free key (send it as x-api-key) for two years of history and higher limits. Email data@investoruniverse.uk.

Open source
The engine that reads Companies House share allotment filings (form SH01), works out the amount raised and the price per share, and estimates each company's valuation is open source under the MIT licence. The repository goes public shortly. Bring your own free Companies House API key.
What we never share
The API, widget and feeds only carry round facts: company, amount, stage, date, source and valuation estimate. Investor profiles, decision-makers and contact details never leave the platform through any public channel. Contact data is encrypted at rest, every reveal is logged against a named account, and exports are watermarked.
