Kubos Semiconductors raises £1.6m
Cardiff-based Kubos Semiconductors has raised £1.6m. It builds semiconductor materials for high-speed microLEDs used in optics and displays. Investors include Innovate UK, Development Bank of Wales, Low Carbon Innovation Fund 3 and others. The money will go on high-speed microLEDs for optical interconnects.
