HelmGuard raises £5.4m led by Infinity Ventures

London-based HelmGuard has raised £5.4m in a seed round, led by Infinity Ventures and Frontline. It builds AI agents that automate third-party risk checks and compliance verification from source system data. FinTech Collective, Stage 2 Capital, Entrepreneurs First and others also invested. The money will go on US offices, engineering and sales hiring, and agent assurance features.
